The five short films capture the pathway to autonomy, freedom and the search for god within ourselves through movement and poetry.

At the base of the work lies the visual contrast between western prestigious architecture and the expression of black and indigenous cultures.

“MONUMENT” brings up questions of accessibility, representation, who we celebrate as heroes of our nation and aims to reclaim and dream of a world where black and brown heroes inhabit this cultural sphere.
